New Dog-Friendly Resort in Park City

Cute Dog Lazy in Bed

Travel is better when shared with your best friend.

Adventure awaits for the whole family, including your pet. We know that dogs are part of the family, and we treat our furry guests as such. Your pup will love all the room to stretch and play in our luxury condos and suites ranging from 1,269 sq ft to over 4,500 sq ft. Their favorite spot will be resting in front of the spectacular windows with views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley or the Wasatch Mountain Range, dreaming of their mountain experiences.

A few minutes from Park City’s Main Street, Black Rock Mountain Resort’s location is ideal for traveling with your dog. The resort and surrounding area offer places to roam, sniff and walk with designated premium waste stations, including plastic bags.

There is more tail-wagging fun beyond the resort.

Park City is also known as “Bark City” because of its dog-friendly culture. Play in the Wasatch Mountains wide open spaces, visit the off-leash dog parks or enjoy dinner and drinks at the dog-friendly bars and patios. Even a walk on Main Street is a fun adventure for all visiting and local Park City canines.

Our pup guests give a paw up to the endless dog-friendly hiking trails.

Here are a few to get you started.

Spring Creek – Flying Dog Trail is a 16.3-mile loop trail rated moderate. This trail is an excellent spot for hiking, walking, trail-running, and seeing the beautiful views and wildflowers.

Blood Lakes Trailhead is a 2.7 moderate out and back hike. This trail features pine trees, mountain meadows and brings you to a favored lake with a rope swing.

Rob’s Trail is an 8.5 mile out and back trail, bringing you through aspen groves and grassy areas. This trail is a local and dog favorite!

Don’t forget the leash laws to help protect our community. All dogs must be kept on leashes at all times except on enclosed private property and designated off-leash dog areas.

If your dog wants to meet new friends or needs a night away, Fetch Dog Care offers kennel-free dog services on 50 acres, so your dog feels comfortable and right at home.

We look forward to meeting and treating your pup!
