Questions About the resort
Some of our most frequent questions listed below.

Our resort shuttle does not service the airport. Instead, we recommend booking a ride in advance through Four Seasons Concierge, a local transportation service that makes regular airport runs. We do suggest booking your ride in advance, as last minute trips can be difficult to accommodate.

Ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft do service the resort, but the ability to use these services depends wholly on the availability of drivers and their willingness to pick up at the resort. For more reliable service, we suggest using Four Seasons Concierge.

Black Rock Mountain Resort is dog friendly. There is a pet fee of $95 / stay for up to three dogs with a maximum combined weight limit of 250 lbs.

The pet fee does not apply to certified service dogs. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals and are not exempt from the pet fee. Under the ADA, only dogs may serve as service animals.

All three, two and one bedroom condos have full size kitchens. These come equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils, a Keurig, blender and toaster. The resort provides K cups, as well as sugar and creamer packets, at no additional charge.

Guest rooms are standard hotel rooms and do not include a kitchen, but do feature a wet bar area with a sink, counter, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge.

We are located approximately 6 miles from downtown Park City and PCMR, 8.7 miles from the Canyons and 7 miles from Deer Valley. We do offer complimentary valet parking for one vehicle during your stay. We also provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the ski resorts from 9am to 4pm daily, and we service Main Street each evening from 4pm to 9pm.

Valet parking in our underground garage is complimentary for one vehicle during your stay. Additional vehicles may be valeted for $20 / night / vehicle. Self parking is also available in our front lot at no charge.

Our amenities, including the pool, hot tub and fitness center, are open daily from 7am until 10pm. Amenity access does require an active hotel key card.

Our shuttle service begins at 9am and leaves every hour on the hour. We transport to and from the ski resorts from 9am to 4pm, and begin Main Street service at 4pm. Our last Main Street pickup is at 9pm Sunday through Thursday, and 10pm on Friday and Saturday.

Please note that this schedule is subject to change, and reservations are required to accommodate social distancing practices. We suggest checking with the front desk for availability and scheduling.

Portions of the resort are still under construction, but every effort is being made to minimize the disruption to our guests. Noise is generally not an issue and we limit the hours in which construction is active out of consideration for our guests.

In consideration of COVID-19, and in an effort to keep our guests and staff safe, we are not providing daily housekeeping services at this time. We are happy to provide guests with additional supplies and clean linens upon request.

At current we are asking all our guests and staff to wear masks to ensure the safety of all.
