Enjoy this educational experience of chocolate and wine with three different chocolates from Ritual Chocolate located in Heber City, Utah, paired with three different curated wines. We tell the story behind the chocolate, teach you how to taste chocolate and find those notes that the chocolatiers talk about. We do the same with wine, teaching you how to taste, why the steps are as they are, and the subtle (and drastic) differences in the different varietals.
