Enjoy this educational experience of Cheese and Beer with three different Cheeses from Beehive Cheese located in Uintah, Utah, paired with three different curated Utah Beers. We tell the story behind the Cheese, teach you how to taste Cheese and find the nuances of the different styles. We do the same with the Beer, teaching you how to taste, why the steps are as they are, and the subtle (and drastic) differences in the different styles of beer. It is not just Lager and Ale.
