At Overlook, fresh and local isn’t just a motto, it’s our way of cooking. We partner with Utah’s best, from Heber Valley’s artisan cheese to Bear Lake raspberries and Green River melons. Our trout is locally farm-raised, our charcuterie features Creminelli salami, and our Bourbon BBQ sauce is made with High West bourbon. Every dish is crafted with care, using the freshest seasonal ingredients.
