As a longtime resident of Park City, Chef Ernesto has laid down long standing roots with an extensive career in hospitality, building his way up the ranks from Sous Chef to longtime executive chef. His illustrious career, spanning over two decades, is a testament to his unwavering dedication and relentless pursuit of culinary excellence.

Ernesto's culinary journey began in the vibrant kitchens of Park City, where he developed his passion for cuisine and perfected his craft at a number of establishments. From his early days as a Headline Cook, where he mastered the art of Southwest cuisine, to his time as a Line Cook, where he demonstrated his versatility in Norwegian, French, and American cooking, Ernesto's journey was one of growth and discovery.

Chef Ernesto has recently ventured beyond Park City, spending a transformative summer in the Hamptons and exploring various cuisines during his travels. These experiences broadened his culinary horizons, introducing him to new techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.

In his roles as Executive Chef, Ernesto was able to push the boundaries of culinary artistry, creating dishes that captivated the senses and delighted complex palates. His leadership, combined with his natural ability to blend flavors and textures, transformed dining experiences to unforgettable culinary experiences.
