Cheese & Bourbon/Whiskey Tasting

Being Bourbon/Whiskey Month, we want to celebrate in a special way. Enjoy this educational experience of Cheese and Whiskey with three different Cheeses from Beehive Cheese located in Uintah, Utah, paired with three different curated Whiskies. We tell the story behind the Cheese, teach you how to taste Cheese and find the nuances of the different styles. We do the same with the Whiskey, teaching you how to taste, why the steps are as they are, and the subtle (and drastic) differences in the different styles of whiskey.
