From the smooth, nutty charm of Promontory Cheddar with Buffalo Trace to the espresso-kissed Barely Buzzed alongside Basil Hayden’s Toast, each pairing is designed to highlight rich textures, warm spices, and unexpected harmony.
We’ll turn up the heat with Big John’s Cajun cheddar and the bold spice of 1792 Small Batch, a pairing that’s not for the faint of palate. Whether you're a whiskey aficionado or just here for the cheese, this tasting promises warmth, depth, and a whole lot of character.
This tasting includes a pre-event champagne sabering at 6PM. Guests booked in the tasting will receive the first pour from the freshly sabered bottle.
