Local Chef Jose “Ernesto” Rocha is the new Executive Chef at the Black Rock Mountain Resort’s Overlook Restaurant. He continues to create mouthwatering Park City favorites using his melting pot of culture cooking style and locally sourced foods bursting with flavor, textures, and colors. Here are just a few of our current favorites; Charcuterie with Local Meat and Cheese, Greek Pizza, Perciatelli and Sausage, or the Colorado Lamb with mint chimichurri.

The Overlook Restaurant is located in the heart of the resort. You will love the open and welcoming atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Deer Valley upper mountain runs. Plus, the laid-back atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to gather after work or hang out on the weekends for brunch.

Lunch: 11:30am – 2pm
Dinner Weekdays: 5pm – 9pm
Dinner Weekends: 5pm – 10pm
ON THE ROCKS BAR
Monday – Thursday: 3pm – 11pm
Friday and Saturday: 10:30am – 12am
Sunday: 10:30am – 10pm
