Think cheddar with a Czech lager, espresso-rubbed cheese with chai stout, and Cajun spice cooled by juicy IPA. Each pairing is thoughtfully curated to surprise and delight—layered, flavorful, and full of local character.

This week’s tasting includes a pre-event champagne sabering at 6PM—guests booked in the tasting will receive the first pour from the freshly sabered bottle.
