Yes, you can by request. We offer a complimentary late check-out available until 12 PM. For check-outs between 12 PM and 3 PM, a half-day rate will apply. For checkouts after 3:00 PM, we charge a full day rate

While our facility does not offer electric vehicle charging stations, there is a charging station available at the Park City Hospital, a few miles away.

Yes, download our app here to request rides to and from the resort. Available on both the Apple and Android app stores.

Your resort fee includes access to the pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, game room, and parking for one vehicle. For each additional vehicle, camper, trailer, etc., there is a $20 fee per parking space they occupy.

We do not offer a laundry service, however, our 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units as well as all 3 of our penthouse suites include an in-unit washer and dryer, with laundry detergent and dryer sheets included.

We are pet-friendly! Guests are welcome to bring up to two dogs for a fee of $150. Service animals are accommodated at no charge.

Yes, you can rent gear from Switchback Sports, our activity rental partner for all your outdoor needs! Their rental shop is located on the 2^nd floor of our resort. You can make reservations in person, or on our website for ski/snowboard rentals.

Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort are the closest ski resorts. Deer Valley Resort is 15-17 minutes away, and Park City Mountain Resort is 13-15 minutes away.

We do not offer day passes for our amenity areas. We do offer our Club Black Rock Membership that grants you access to the amenities. We offer a 3-month membership ($149/month/per person) and a 12-month membership ($99/month/per person)
